Borek Bakery is a Brisbane-based artisan and commercial bakery with over 10 years of experience supplying wholesale to the food service, transport, retail and event sectors across Australia. We specialise in fine Turkish baked goods — made by hand, using traditional recipes and quality local ingredients. Every product is crafted with care and delivered to the highest food safety standards.
What We Do
We specialise in the authentic manufacture of premium Turkish baked goods.
Crafted using time-honoured traditions, our signature selection includes traditional ovals and buns, robustly filled pides, savoury cheese and garlic breads, authentic Turkish pizzas, and delicate pocha.
We operate both a commercial bakery and a commercial kitchen, open to producing bespoke products to your specifications. We are also a registered food caterer.
Our products are sold locally throughout Queensland, nationally across Australia, and internationally, with a long-standing presence as a significant supplier to the airline industry.
